Troubleshooting

ClickUp workspace or lists not visible
  • Disconnect and reconnect ClickUp from Settings → ClickUp.

  • Ensure your ClickUp account has permission to view the workspace and lists.

Preview returns no data
  • Make sure the selected list has at least one task.

  • Check your field mappings; unassigned placeholders will appear empty.

Images not appearing
  • Verify the mapped field is an attachment or image URL.

  • Try using original image size or smaller fixed dimensions.

Dates look wrong
  • Add a timezone transformer before the date transformer and re‑preview.

Document won’t attach to task
  • Ensure the automation is Active and you have write permissions on the task in ClickUp.
