What file types can I use?

Upload .docx templates. Outputs can be .docx or PDF (if enabled).

Do previews count toward my usage?

No. Previews are watermarked and free.

Where do generated files go?

They are attached to the task that initiated the automation in ClickUp

Can I connect multiple ClickUp workspaces?

Yes. Connect them in Settings and choose the workspace per automation.

How do I format dates, text, or numbers?

Add field transformers in your field mapping (e.g., date presets, uppercase text, currency formatting).

Can I generate tables of tasks or subtasks?

Yes. Add a Dynamic Table and pick columns and filters. Place a table placeholder in your template and map it.

Can I rename generated files?

Yes. Set a naming pattern in the automation (e.g., include task name and date).
